Finally, a vintage post drought! The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon conjures dreams of braised short ribs and holiday baked goods. Loaded with aromas and flavors of tart cherry and plum, this Cabernet is rich and audacious (my friend Miriam helped me with that big word!), with balanced tannins and integrated oak. This is a Cab you can drink TONIGHT! Or you can cellar it, but why wait? After 18 months of aging in 40% new French oak barrels, this wine was bottled on the second day of Summer in 2020. Only 466 Cases Produced. Purchase
We continue to adore our ORGANICALLY FARMED one-acre vineyard, planted in front of a friend’s house in ’02. This is our 14th vintage from the Admiral’s Vineyard, and it always delivers! Picked at the peak of flavor, while acids are still super bright and sugars are not too sweet, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and bright, with nice body, and is loaded with citrus aromas. Only 323 Cases Produced. Purchase
BIGGER is better, right? This is riper, juicier and has more pepper spice than prior vintages while maintaining balance. The 2017 vintage was a great one for Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley, demonstrating a depth of character, big mouth feel and bold flavors! Aging for 18 months in 20% new French Oak barrels adds richness and hint of toasty caramel flavors and aromas. SOLD OUT!
