Harvest 2011 is underway at Five Vintners! The Admiral's Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was picked on September 15th and is tasting beautiful. The crop was a little short this year due to the June rains, but the quality was amazing. The reds are still out there and if Mother Nature can shine on us we should be able to make delicious wine once again. Pray for sun!
I am planning on processing and shipping your club shipments this week so that you can all have the wines before Halloween. This shipment is all 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, so if you would like to add any Sauvignon Blanc or Zinfandel to your order please let me know and I will pass along the free shipping offer for those additions.
