Harvest 2012 is underway at Five Vintners! The Admiral's Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was picked on September 6th and smells beautiful. The grapes were perfect this year, with
great quality and a better yield than we've seen in a few years. The reds are still out there and if Mother Nature can continue to shine on us we should be able to make delicious wine once again. The forecast looks great, but pray for sun anyway!
I am planning on processing and shipping your club shipments next week so that you can all have the wines before Halloween. This shipment is all 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon, so if you would like to add any Sauvignon Blanc or Zinfandel to your order please let me know and I will pass along the free shipping offer for those additions.
