The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is bright and fruit forward, with aromas of cassis and dark cherry. Rich and luscious dark berry flavors linger on the finish. Structured and bright, the oak, tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced to enjoy now or to cellar for future enjoyment! After 16 months of aging in 40% new French oak barrels, this wine was bottled on the second day of Summer in 2020.
